We're main contractors with an extensive network of sub-contractors and although based in Aberdeenshire, we also work all over Scotland, particularly in the Highlands and Islands.

What We Do
Our greener building approach naturally includes familiarity and experience with environmentally friendly materials. However, unless proper care and attention is given during the construction phase, ensuring air tightness and lack of draughts, the effectiveness of even the thickest insulation will be much reduced.

Locally sourced and sawn Douglas Fir, Larch and Oak for example are often used in our projects. Benefitting the local rural economy as well as saving transport miles.
Greener is local.
The way we heat our homes can further drive down energy consumption and fuel costs. We are experienced in working closely with specialist companies to install heat pumps, biomass and solar technologies.
Greener is incorporating new technologies.
We pay attention to waste generated in the build process and recycle carefully. Recycling also extends to some materials, reclaimed granite for instance, often works better aesthetically as well as having green credentials.
